Recently, data released by the Federal Statistical Office of Germany (Destatis) showed that Germany's September retail sales increased by 0.2% month-on-month, meeting market expectations. The previous figure was a decrease of 0.2%. The year-on-year increase was merely 0.2%, significantly lower than the market expectation of 1.9% and the previous value of 1.8%.
Mexico Cuts Economic Growth Forecast to 0.3%

The United Arab Emirates has recently announced a $1 billion investment to promote the development of AI infrastructure and services in Africa. UAE Minister of State Said Al Hajeri announced the plan at the G20 Summit in South Africa. He stated that this initiative covers areas such as education, healthcare, and climate adaptation, aiming to build a responsible and inclusive AI system.
